1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit fast-quiz.app, create an account, and use quiz creation, practice, and Pro billing features.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Account data: email, display name, avatar (from Google or your upload).
- Study content: quizzes, questions, attempt results, flashcards, notes, XP stats.
- Technical data: access logs, browser type, session cookies.
- Billing: plan purchased, order IDs — card details are handled by Polar; we do not store full card numbers.
- Public profile: if enabled, aggregate stats may be viewed via your shared link.
3. How we use data
We use data to:
- Operate and improve the service (sync progress, display quizzes, score attempts).

- Process Pro payments and refunds per published policy.
- Send service-related notices (e.g. quiz invites) when you use those features.
5. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active and as needed for legal or accounting requirements. You may request account deletion via support email; some logs may be retained briefly for security.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, server access controls). No system is perfectly secure — use a strong password and protect your devices.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may:
- Access and edit your profile in Dashboard → Settings.
- Request export or deletion via the Contact page (/contact).
- Disable public profile anytime in settings.
